Each new project starts as a conversation. We literally walk the job site together, talking through details and coaching through potential pitfalls. After managing new builds and renovations for over 20 years, we know how to streamline the process and do the work right.

Starting with thorough conversations helps to make sure we’re all aligned on timing, budget and potential challenges—and that we can avoid hidden obstacles by identifying a way forward together from the beginning.

Being organized isn’t just a “nice-to-have” trait for Kuhns Group; it’s how we execute each project to ensure quality work that’s good for our crew and good for our customer.

Each project has multiple steps to manage, and you’ll have a dedicated supervisor overseeing that each step is executed well. We value open and honest communication. This is visible through the transparency shown by our supervisors who own their schedules and communicate with our clients to keep the project moving forward. Any time you have a question, your supervisor is your go-to for answers.

Project conversations don’t stop after the Consult phase. Reviews are a regular part of our work, and each supervisor meets weekly with the team to make sure everyone has what they need to complete the job well.

Were there adjustments to a design or sign requirements that need to be updated? Constant discussion among our team helps to make sure any questions or discrepancies are brought to light early and that we’re operating in the spirit of “doing what’s right” for both our team and our clients.

Each project teaches us new ways to serve our clients and our people better. Before we wrap up a project, we talk through what we have learned. No two jobs are the same, and none of us are the same person two days in a row. We are intentionally learning.
