Chad Kuhns – Owner

Chad has been in the construction industry since 1993. He started his career by constructing single family homes on Lake Norris in Lafollette, TN. While earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati, Chad worked for Miller Valentine as an assistant project manager, specializing in turnkey commercial projects. Upon graduation from University of Cincinnati in 2000, Chad established Kuhns Group Inc. dba Kuhns Construction.

Chad is committed to streamlining the construction process for franchisees across the country. His vast experience in the field makes him a valuable asset in determining the most cost effective way to construct or remodel a store in the timeliest manner. Chad prides himself on delivering the project on time and with complete owner satisfaction.
